It depends on the door size, style, insulation and what's actually wrong. Quotes are always free and upfront with no hidden fees — and if you text us a photo, we can often give you a price before we arrive.
Please don't. Garage door springs hold hundreds of pounds of tension and can cause serious injury when they let go. Leave the door closed, unplug the opener if it keeps trying, and call us — spring and cable replacements are some of our most common same-day jobs.
Most installations are completed in a single day. Including ordering, many customers have their new door within about a week of calling. We remove and haul away the old door too.
Yes. We install wall-mount and ceiling openers with smartphone, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi control, and can often add smart control to a compatible opener you already have. We also program remotes and keypads.
In most homes, yes. Retrofit piping is routed through closets, basements, attics and garages to keep drywall work to a minimum. We plan the inlet locations with you before we start.
We install and service popular systems including Beam and Sanitaire, and add VacPan kick-plate inlets in kitchens and mudrooms. Already have a system? We can service and repair it, even if someone else installed it.
Usually, yes. Lost suction is most often a clog in the piping, a full canister or filter, a leaking inlet, or a worn motor. We find the actual cause and fix it — and only replace the power unit when it's genuinely needed.
